Freedom Wall

The Kern Valley Art Association is supporting this creative expression of freedom, and the theme of the art work is “What does freedom mean to you?”   The Freedom Wall will premier in the Freedom Art Gallery at the festival on Oct. 24th.  This inspiring Freedom Wall will be available to tour the Kern Valley and other communities throughout the year, with installations in such places as hospitals, senior centers, community centers, and schools.
