This Festival has launched a new project called "Freedom To Read". We are collecting books that are to be recycled into the community.
There will be a booth selling these books at the Freedom Festival for nominal cost.

The Festival will include a new feature this year to get Kern Valley's artists creatively expressing what freedom means to them through the Freedom Wall, which will showcase local art work.
Festival organizers are requesting contributions from both youth and adults for this creative endeavour.
